What our KIM 4 Her members say…


The Five Ways to Wellbeing are evident in all we do.  These are:

Evidence shows that these ‘ways’ or actions are very beneficial to our mental health.  They are endorsed and promoted by  government, MIND and the NHS.  Think about being well as something that you do, rather than something you are.  The more you put in, the more you are likely to get out.
