Welcome to KIM 4 HER

Our name says it all; KIM stands for knowledge, inspiration and motivation.  All our groups offer this and more.  Each positive step will move you forward in recovery toward mental wellbeing.

Following an initial chat with us to see where you are at and where you want to get to, we offer a programme of group activities designed to empower you to take action.  Through our groups we will support you to learn new skills, connect with other people, and to be proactive in your personal development in a way that works for you.

KIM 4 Her is a caring and supportive team which can help you to take positive steps forward toward achieving your personal aspirations and mental wellbeing.

Our groups are fun, informative, help to improve confidence and build emotional resilience.

Evidence shows that these ‘ways’ or actions are very beneficial to our mental health.  They are endorsed and promoted by  government, MIND and the NHS.  Think about being well as something that you do, rather than something you are.  The more you put in, the more you are likely to get out.
