Our groups are fun, informative, help to improve confidence and build emotional resilience.

It’s a friendly and supportive space where we share different approaches, strategies and suggestions for managing our well-being. We will be working on increasing our confidence and keeping ourselves occupied while developing new skills for a more positive future for ourselves and our families.

KIM 4 Her offers a wide range of free activities, groups and accredited courses for example Welsh language and history, woodland crafts, watercolour painting, pampering, book club, digital skills, gardening and many more. Click here for our current programme.
