We keep things relaxed and practical, covering everything from quick safety checks to hands-on repairs. Bring your bike for a one-off session, whether you want to fix something specific or just understand it better. There’s always time for questions, tips, and chat — no experience needed, just turn up!
A bespoke six-week volunteer training course which will give you all the skills required to volunteer.

We also work together to tackle digital poverty, making sure no one is left behind when it comes to staying connected and building digital skills.

A six-week gentle exercise programme that is accessible to all ages and abilities. the movements in Chi Me are designed to improve strength, mobility and balance through easy-to-follow movements that promote a sense of calm and wellbeing.
Being active improves our mood, sleep and confidence and is a great way of socialising! In partnership with Eleni Cymru, we’ll be focusing on this by using well being and good mental health through easy movement and fun filled interactive group exercises. Suitable for all abilities, this is a good way for us all to get moving.
