KIM’s courses are very popular, so places are limited. If you’re given a place, please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t attend, so we can offer it to someone else.

KIM in Motion (PRESTATYN)

Get your week off to a great start and boost your mood, sleep, and confidence while socialising! join us for fun creative movement, yoga, group exercises, gentle walks and mindful relaxation. Open to all – Suitable for all abilities — let’s get moving together!

New Adventures (CORWEN)

Join us for this new course where we will be focusing on learning new skills while nurturing and developing our communication skills, confidence and resilience.

KIMaoke (WREXHAM)

If you’re looking for a low-pressure way to step out of your shell and have a laugh, this is it. It’s a space where you use the great confidence, you’re building with KIM and pair it with the pure joy and release of singing (or even just cheering!). No experience is necessary! Seriously, if you can hum, you can participate. It’s a totally supportive, non-judgmental environment where the only goal is to have a go and to feel good.

Bike Repair (HOLYWELL)

If you’re curious about bikes, or want to feel more confident looking after your own, our repair and maintenance sessions are the perfect place to start. We keep things relaxed and practical, covering everything from quick safety checks to hands on repairs. Bring your bike in for a one off session, whether you want to fix something specific or just understand it better. There’s always time for questions, tips and chat – no experience needed, just turn up!

Move to Improve (CORWEN)

An uplifting session that harnesses the power of movement to boost mood, build confidence and inspire joy. Led by an experienced instructor we’ll explore dance, yoga and some line dancing together. Come on a journey to wellness!

An introduction to KIM! A place in which to build confidence and take your first steps to a brighter future. Together, we will learn how to improve your mental health through increasing resilience and boosting self-esteem in a safe, friendly and fun environment.

We will be exploring improving confidence and self esteem, vitality and outlook. Take your next steps to a positive and confident future and a happier you, as you step into spring and summer.

Perfect for complete beginners, these sessions introduce you to DIY in a friendly, supportive space. You’ll learn to use basic tools safely and confidently, with simple techniques and plenty of time to practise. You’ll make a few practical items to put your new skills to use – making the experience fun, relaxed and rewarding.

Reconnect with nature and yourself in immersive woodland sessions. Master the ancient art of willow weaving, learn essential bushcraft skills, and enjoy the simple pleasure of campfire cooking over an open flame. Whether you’re looking to learn a new heritage skill or simply need a ‘digital detox’ to recharge, join us under the canopy for a day of fire, foliage, and calm.

Welsh Language and Culture (ZOOM)

Join us on this popular course where you will have fun learning all about the traditions, history and culture of Cymru. Welsh heritage is rich and vibrant – join us as we explore the Wonders of Wales! This course runs for 10 weeks.

Everyone is welcome to muck in with the KIM garden, whether you have naturally green fingers or would like to learn more. Come along and join in with getting the KIM Community garden summer-ready!

KIM’s Got Talent (PRESTATYN)

A fun group for people to come together and improve their confidence through drama. No previous writing or acting skills needed – just a willingness to have a go in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Creative Chaos (HOLYWELL)

A brand new course for anyone who would love to be better at Art. Aimed at absolute beginners (some experience is welcome too) this course is crammed full of taster sessions, designed to let you try something different every week. Play with paint, make a pot, fuse some glass, go sketching in the garden, take a professional looking photo or try some papier mache, and so much more! All suggestions for different arts or crafts to try will be welcome, just book a place (these will go quickly!) and get creative. When you have completed the course, you may find a new hobby or join Artisanctuary, KIM’s unique Art and Craft project where you can carry your newly found skills to the next level.

Come along and join us for a brew and delicious home-made cake with a chance to chat with others, in a warm and welcoming environment. All welcome (bring your friends and family!) No sign-up required.
Please note: donations to cover the cost would be welcome.

We know the feeling of joining may be a little daunting if you haven’t tried a KIM course before. Don’t worry – we will meet you first and are here to support you. We can also introduce you to just one or two people to start with if you prefer. Just let us know and we will work with you to find a solution that supports you.
